Ian trained at Leith’s School Of Food And Wine and guarantees you a tasty, freshly prepared breakfast to kick start your day.

All of our breakfasts include a choice of at least 5 cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices, grapefruit and mandarin, toast and a range of delicious locally made jams, marmalades and honey.

Our sausages and bacon are from a local farm in Hatfield Broad Oak and all our eggs are free-range. Each morning, you can choose from any of our hot breakfast items:

• Local sausages
• Local bacon
• Cauldron vegetarian sausages
• Fried egg
• Scrambled egg
• Hash brown
• Grilled tomatoes
• Mushrooms
• Beans
• Black pudding
